We recommend that you create a Best&Less account before you checkout, so you can check the status of your order. This will appear as ‘Processing’ until your parcel has dispatched from our warehouse with Australia Post.
Once your order has shipped, this will update to ‘shipped’. Please 1-3 working days for your order to ship. If your order has not updated within 3-5 working days, contact our Customer Service team who will further investigate the whereabouts of your parcel.
