So you can track your Best&Less package, you will be sent an e-mail which will contain an Australia Post tracking number. This will be sent at time of dispatch from our warehouse in Sydney.
If you have entered your email address correctly, you will receive your tracking advice once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please ensure you have checked your spam email for any communication from Best&Less.
Standard Delivery orders to leave our Sydney warehouse within 2-3 business days. Once the order leaves our warehouse there will be additional transit times for the parcel to be sent to you through Australia Post. Please check the Australia Post website for further information.
Express orders placed before 3pm AEST on weekdays will leave our Sydney warehouse on the same day. Due to overwhelming demand, Australia Post can no longer guarantee next day delivery for Express Shipping orders. Once Express orders leave our warehouse they may take 2 or more days to be delivered through Australia Post. Australia Post delivery times per state can be found here.
If your order has been shipped you will receive an order shipped email with an Australia Post tracking link within. If you have not received your order shipped email and it has been longer than expected please reach out to our customer service team to get an update on your order.
