Yes, however to eliminate the risk of missing goods, we strongly encourage all of our customers to personally sign for the delivery of their parcel. If you're not home during the day, we suggest you have the parcel delivered to your place of employment or to your local post office to collect at a later date.
If you’re not able to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected, or you can give an authority to leave your order at the premises – this can be advised during the check-out process.
Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track your delivery via the Australia Post website. These details are included in your shipping confirmation email, linking directly to the order you have placed.
We wish to do everything possible to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order; however we will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels incurred during the delivery process, delivery delays which are out of our control, or re-distributing parcels due to an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
