I haven’t received one of my items /one of my items is missing from my order, what’s happened?

From time to time due to unforeseen stock issues, we unfortunately will not be able to completely fulfill your order. 

If any of your items in your order are out of stock, you will not be charged for these. Please allow your statement to update to reflect the final amount charged by Best&Less; this process usually takes 5-7 working days depending on your financial institution.

If you feel that you have been charged for an item in error please contact our friendly customer care team by clicking here and advising them of the name the order was keyed under, your order number (if you have it) and a brief summary of the issue and they will happily assist.
