Can’t seem to access your Best&Less Online Account? Never fear! Follow the steps below and you’ll have access in no time at all.
1. Firstly, ensure that you’re using the same email address you initially registered with us.
2. Click on the ‘forgotten password’ link, which will prompt you to re-enter your registered e-mail address.
3. An e-mail from Best&Less will appear in your inbox containing a password reset link. If this e-mail doesn’t appear, be sure to check your junk box.
4. Once you have clicked on the link, you will be taken to a web page prompting you to select a new password.
Please note that the Friends Club sign up and Online Account sign up are separate so you may have signed up for our Friends Club and not for our Online Account. If you reset your Online Account password (by following the above steps) and you don't receive a link to reset your password within 10 minutes (and have checked your Junk folder) then it sounds like you are not set up with an Online Account.
