At Best&Less we want to make shopping as easy as possible for you and so we offer a 100 day returns policy on all in store and online purchases. We will accept a return of any online unwanted purchases within 100 days of the order being delivered once:
- Returned goods are unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- Proof of purchase is presented
The easiest way to return an online purchase is by returning it to your local store where you can avail of a refund or exchange. Please note that your order confirmation email is your proof of purchase when returning to the store. Alternatively, if you are not near a store you can return the unwanted item by post to the online warehouse although please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs.
Should you wish to return the order by post please return the item in protective packaging, fill out and enclose the Returns Form (at the bottom of the page), and send to one of the below addresses (depending on the order type):

Once we receive your return at our online warehouse and we are happy that it meets the above criteria we will issue a refund through the original payment method. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure this purchase arrives at the return address and it may take up to 7 working days for this return to be processed. Refunds can take 2 – 3 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
