My order went through but I haven't received an order confirmation email yet?

On completion of your order you will be presented with a screen thanking you for your order and displaying your order confirmation number. If you were not presented with this screen then your order may not have completed successfully. 

If your order went through successfully then you should automatically receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing the order and this will be sent to the email address you provided on your order. Please check your spam/junk folder in case it has been directed there.
