My store credit/gift card is going to expire but I don’t want to go to the store, what can I do?

We understand that you may not want to or are unable to go into stores during this time. If you have a current store credit or gift card we will be happy to extend the end date on these until a time at which you are free to go into stores.

When you are ready to go in store please make sure you contact our Customer Service Team so that we can then contact the store and inform them that you will be coming in past the expiry date to redeem the store credit/gift card.

Note: It is a good idea to take a photo of your store credit/gift card for reference later. Store credit receipts tend to fade over time. Please keep your receipt in a dark dry place to avoid fading.
