1. Visit your nearest Best&Less store: Our friendly customer service team will assess your
return and once approved, will carry out a full refund, which will include the reimbursement of
any postage charges (an online confirmation or tax invoice is needed for postage refunds).
2. Contact customerservice@bestandless.com.au: As the initial step, we recommend that
you email our online customer service team, or fill in an online contact form to have your return confirmed. Once approved, our team will organise a full refund and reimbursement for the original postage charge, and organise convenient free returns postage for your return.
